      Months Job Summary:
      We are seeking an experienced Health Information Technician with strong administrative and medical records experience to support healthcare operations in London, Ohio. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays required.
      Duties:
      • Review, organize, and maintain patient medical records for accuracy and completeness Prepare and manage charts for new admissions Scan, fax, email, and file confidential medical documentation Compile daily and monthly statistical reports Schedule meetings and conference calls for healthcare staff Process requests for medical information while ensuring HIPAA compliance Coordinate with healthcare departments regarding medical records procedures Maintain logs, filing systems, and electronic records databases Verify signatures, missing documentation, and chart completeness
      Required Qualifications:
      • 6 month
      • 1+ year of recent administrative experience in a medical office environment
      • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
      • Experience with records management and medical terminology
      • Proficiency with scanning, faxing, emailing, and document management Any Specific Mandate skill required HL01
      Pay:
