Job Description

Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a qualified UA to join their team! The UA Technician monitor's collection process of client UAs. Document the UA encounter in the client's electronic medical record (EMR). Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working in the Human Services field preferred. Primary Responsibilities Collection of UA samples, including mouth swab samples Entering results of UAs into Adapt's electronic medical record, additionally enter results into court systems as needed Weekly inventory report Prepare UA samples for shipment Accurately follow and document chain of custody, reporting all deviations when necessary Provide emergency intervention when necessary Provide a stable environment for adults who suffer from mental health issues and substance use disorders Come join our progressive team and make a difference in the lives of others!
