Job Description

Position Description:
Today's Solutions LLC seeks two Medical Records Technicians to support our Army National Guard case management team at Camp Johnson, Colchester, Vermont. These positions serve as the administrative backbone of the case management operation — managing the physical and electronic medical records of every Soldier in the program, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and filed correctly in every required system. What You Will Do Gather, input, and maintain Soldier medical data in
MEDCHART
modules (DenClass, eCase, MRR, HRR, and OccHealth). Log, scan, upload, and forward all received medical documents within 3 business days of receipt. Upload medical documents to the Health Readiness Record (HRR) and stamp all documents for verification after uploading (PWS 5.20, 5.21). Maintain Soldier medical records in accordance with AR 40-66 and retrieve records for authorized requests using DD Form 2870 and SF 180. Support MEB/PEB board file preparation under direction of the Lead RN Case Manager. Ensure all LOD documentation is complete and properly filed to support IDES processing. Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times. Any suspected PHI breach triggers immediate notification to the Lead RN.
Mandatory Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience:
Minimum one (1) year of experience in medical records management or medical administration.
Security:
U.S. Citizen — eligible for Tier 1 (NACI) background investigation and CAC issuance. Preferred Qualifications Prior direct experience with Army medical readiness systems (MEDCHART, MEDPROS, AHLTA, MHS GENESIS). Prior military service or DoD/VA medical records experience. Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or equivalent certification.
