Description Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Technician to support our client's health information management operations. This contract role is ideal for professionals looking to grow in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Organize, manage, and maintain patient medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. + Process requests for medical record releases and ensure proper authorization. + Review records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. + Assist with electronic health record (EHR) data entry and management. + Support audits and quality assurance reviews of health information. Requirements Requirements + 1+ years of experience in medical records or health information management preferred. + Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical terminology. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements. + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
