As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting our community's dental health. Greet patients warmly and handle all front desk duties with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule appointments efficiently using our dental management software, Dentrix Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and manage billing using systems like Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and documentation review for compliance with HIPAA regulations Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and assist patients with inquiries or appointment rescheduling Manage medical and dental administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining electronic health records (EHR systems) Support the clinical team by coordinating patient intake, assisting with insurance verification, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate Proven experience in medical or dental office administration, front desk support, or clinic environment Familiarity with dental terminology and dental procedure codes Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dental practice management software such as Dentrix. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and typing speed (10 key typing) Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse patient populations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation review and office management tasks Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding patient care while supporting the operational excellence of our busy dental practice.
