Medical Receptionist

Orthopedic Medical Receptionist Front Desk and/or Phone Room Full-Time | Monday-Friday Join a fast-paced orthopedic specialty clinic where patient care and teamwork come first. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to become part of our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they call or walk through the door. What You'll Do Schedule patient appointments by phone and in person Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes Collect and update patient information and required documentation Maintain accurate scheduling and daily appointment updates Communicate effectively with providers, clinicians, and staff regarding scheduling needs and patient concerns Help ensure smooth daily clinic operations between the front desk and phone room Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, patience, and compassion What We're Looking For Excellent phone and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Prior scheduling or medical office experience preferred Benefits Include Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance 401(k) &
