The main responsibilities include:

Greet patients at check-out and ensure a smooth departure Collect payments, co-pays, and outstanding balances Schedule follow-up appointments Reconcile daily payments Assist with administrative tasks and support the front office team

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a medical office, especially check-out is strongly preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong computer skills and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Knowledge of medical billing, insurance, and medical terminology is a big plus Ability to handle cash and payments accurately Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail We offer a competitive benefits package including partially paid medical insurance, company paid life and disability insurance, generous PTO, paid holidays and 401K plan.
