Job Description

The Front Desk Registration/Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support within the OB/Women's Health office. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors while ensuring efficient front office operations, patient registration, scheduling, and communication. The Front Desk Registration/Coordinator supports a positive patient experience by maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Pre-Employment Requirements :
We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Education Requirements :
Validation of a High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Qualifications:
Validation of a high school diploma or equivalent required . Previous medical office, front desk, registration, or customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare setting. Experience with electronic medical records and scheduling systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
