You If:

You have experience with insurance verification and medical billing (non-negotiable!). You can explain complex insurance concepts to frustrated patients with empathy and clarity. You're obsessively detail-oriented

You've worked as a Medical Receptionist , Administrative Assistant , or in any Customer Service role in a medical office setting. You're tech-savvy with medical billing software and EMR systems. You have excellent problem-solving skills and can find billing solutions that work for both patients and the clinic. You maintain a positive attitude even when dealing with challenging financial conversations.

Requirements :

High school diploma preferred; X-Ray Tech, Medical Assistant or related certification is a plus Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within defined onboarding period.
