Job Description

We are a privately owned dental practice with over 30 years of excellence in patient care. Our reputation is built not only on clinical quality, but on how are patients are treated from the very first phone call. This position requires exceptional phone skills. You will be the voice of our practice
  • setting the tone, building trust, and confidently guiding patients through scheduling and questions
  • Answer and manage a high volume of calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence-Schedule appointments strategically to maintain a productive, on-time day-Check patients in and out efficiently while providing a positive experience-Assist with basic dental insurance processing and coordination-Communicate clearly with both patients and team members to keep the day running smoothlyExperience
  • Dental front office experience preferred-Strong phone communication and scheduling skills required-Familiarity with dental insurance is a plusBenefits
