Job Description
We are a dental office with an exceptional team. We are looking for a new front office team member to help us take care of our wonderful patients. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and emails Greet and register patients, as well as collect payments Process insurance claims Schedule patient appointments Answer phones in a professional and friendly manner Provide information about our practice and products Collaborate with Dentist to ensure accurate documentation of treatment plans Perform patient intake forms and document patient history Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately, timely, and accurately in a professional manner Perform patient billing Assist with insurance verification and out of pocket expenses Work with patients over the phone or in person to verify demographics, insurance information, etc. Keep front desk area organized, clean, and presentable. Be able to perform basic office tasks (copy, fax, scan, etc.)and utilize technology to complete other tasks.
