Join Our Team at Boston Mountain Rural Health Center! Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, Inc. (BMRHC) is excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist at our Urgent Care Clinic in Huntsville ! If you're friendly, organized, and passionate about helping others, this is your chance to be the welcoming face of a healthcare team that truly makes a difference in the community.
What You'll Do:
As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience.
You'll:
Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude Collect and accurately enter patient information into the electronic health record Help with scheduling, referrals, and patient inquiries Support clinic operations and ensure smooth day-to-day flow We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented , has excellent customer service skills , and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Some travel is required.
Schedule & Perks:
7 days on / 7 days off — enjoy built-in work-life balance! 62 hours per pay period (benefit eligible)
Shift Differential Incentive Clinic Hours:
Monday-Thursday:
10:00 AM•8:00
PM Friday:
11:00 AM•7:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM•5:00
PM Sunday:
