Dental Insurance Coordinator/Receptionist

England Family Dental is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team! We are a patient-focused practice that takes pride in delivering excellent care in a fun, friendly, supportive environment.

Office Hours:

Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Every other

Friday:

8:00 AM - 12:00

PM Responsibilities:

Post insurance payments accurately Follow up on outstanding insurance claims Assist patients with billing questions and payments Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Assist in answering phone calls, scheduling, and front desk duties

Qualifications:

Previous dental office experience Strong understanding of dental insurance and claims process Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced but friendly environment A team player with a positive, professional attitude Strong attendance record is essential Dental knowledge is required with experience in Eaglesoft being helpful but not necessary.
