Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency Schedule and manage patient appointments Verify dental insurance accurately and in a timely manner Check patients in and out and manage front office flow Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Maintain organized scheduling and patient records Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Previous dental front office or customer service experience is preferred Strong communication and phone skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus Strong attention to detail and reliability What Success Looks Like Accurate and timely insurance verification Smooth daily patient flow and scheduling Strong patient communication and experience High level of accountability and reliability Positive contribution to team efficiency and growth What We Offer Paid time off Bonus opportunities Uniform allowance On the job training and mentorship Opportunities for advancement Supportive and growth driven team culture Apply If You Are Ready Join a team that values discipline, trust, and execution.
