Job Description

Excellent Healthcare Leadership Growth Opportunity! Work as an integral part of the area market team, alongside the leadership teams to effectively meet the needs of center staff as we serve our patients. Collaborates with Market leaders in order to provide training, orientation and scheduling of Rehab Aides in assigned market. Provide coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned. This position will require regular visits to each of our 10 AZ locations from Greater PHX to Casa Grande. ( mileage reimbursement available). This position is HEAVY Admin and requires STRONG Admin skills. Full Time with benefits, Monday through Friday days Learns Front Office & Back Aide Medical office experience preferred. MUST have computer skills. Travel required in the Phoenix area Candidates should have the following: Enthusiasm, high energy and a good conversationalist Proficient with computer usage, especially MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; Ability in answering phones, emails, and good customer service Ability to collaborate and work with a diverse team Ability to teach/educate and direct in-person and through electronic mediums Current CPR certification required; employee is responsible for maintaining active certification for the duration of employment. Current tuberculosis (TB) test required; employee is responsible for maintaining in accordance with state guidelines for the duration of employment .
Job Duties:
Interviews Rehab Aide candidates in collaboration with the respective Center Managers (CMs) or other clinical staff. Responsible for all facets of Aide Training, including, but not limited to; Front Desk and Patient Care Protocols. Attends and participates in daily staffing matrix calls in collaboration with
COD/MCO/CM
to help in the management of Aide personnel to ensure appropriate coverage and meet daily staffing requirements. Ensures standardization and compliance with respect to all administrative operations (e.g. patient charts). Utilizes validation checklist for Rehab Aides in order to train. Validates training and assesses competency in collaboration with CMs. Assists Center Managers (CMs) in evaluating performance of Rehab Aides. Troubleshoots Aides issues and resolves through education of staff. Sends out daily reports as assigned. Scheduling of all Market Aide staff. Provides coverage as needed, front & back office. Assists with Aide Meetings/Conference Calls. Report Management Tracking of Arrival and Reschedule Rates Meets referral log call and conversion rate goals to maximize new patients Review and address clinic reports including Unscheduled, Patient Appointments Reports, patient in progress and the scheduled out reports, to ensure best patient management practices and maximize clinic targets Performs quarterly audits Ensure Medicare Report is cleared of any double books and train staff on proper Medicare scheduling Additional duties as assigned.
