Assists in monitoring the efficiency of the office support team. Coordinates the activities of the office team and provides coverage as needed. Essential Duties Provide cross-coverage and support for Medical Assistant, Surgery Scheduling, and Front Office in our Women's Center Office functions. Coordinate daily clinical support, balance office and schedules, and ensure efficient task distribution Support workflow optimization, referral relationships, and quality improvement initiatives Train staff, conduct competency assessments, and perform audits Manage team communications (inboxes, voicemails, portal messages, RX line) Serve as first point of contact for patient and staff concerns while promoting a positive team culture Travel between offices as needed and perform additional duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications Strong computer, typing, and EMR skills; ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment Prior medical assisting experienceREQUIRED
, including vital signs and physician-directed tasks Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations; familiarity with diagnostic testing and radiation procedures preferred Experience with chemotherapy drugs/supplies and bilingual skills are a plus Reliable, flexible, self-motivated, with a stable work historyEducation and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Medical Assisting and Front Office roles required. Graduation from an accredited medical assisting program. Experience in Medical Oncology preferred.Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
National MA Certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Valid driver's license required.
