We are a growing pediatric dental office committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and fun environment. We are currently seeking a Dental Front Office Assistant who is organized, upbeat, and passionate about helping families feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. This position requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in dental office management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families warmly and professionally Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar Verify insurance coverage and handle pre-authorizations Collect and post payments, co-pays, and provide billing support Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Communicate effectively with dental staff to support seamless patient care Contribute to a positive and productive office environment
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a dental or medical front office preferred Knowledge of dental insurance and billing is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
