Apply today at www.ironwoodcrc.com ( Join Our Team at the bottom of the homepage) Position Details Full-time, Day Shift Monday - Friday schedule Located in our Scottsdale office Growth & Development Opportunities Hands-on experience in oncology care settings Exposure to clinical workflows and patient care coordination Career pathway into healthcare administration or specialty medical roles Work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet and assist patients; deliver exceptional customer service Collect, post, and reconcile patient payments; resolve payment issues Register patients and update demographic, insurance, HIPAA, and AOB information Schedule, check in/out patients, manage physician calendars, and arrange follow-up appointments Prepare and send testing procedures; manage paperwork and chart documentation Answer and route calls; monitor faxes and patient callbacks Reconcile daily reports and perform other assigned administrative duties Minimum Qualifications Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment Knowledge of insurance processes, medical terminology, and patient reports Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems Professional, positive attitude Education & Experience 1-2 years of medical experience preferred Medical Oncology experience strongly preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid Driver's License What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan A collaborative, mission-driven, and caring workplace At Ironwood, we're committed to "Outsmarting Cancer One Patient at a Time."
