Job Description

We are looking for an upbeat, friendly individual to join our pediatric office. Medical experience is not required. Must be able to multitask and be a quick learner. Must be dependable and flexible. Must be organized, detail oriented and good at communication. This is our second location.
Days:
Monday-Friday . Hours vary for the different days of the week but are set between 9:00am•2:00pm. There is some flexibility in the schedule to work around employee needs.
Job Duties Include:
Greeting Customers Supplement Inventory Stocking Check out Patients•Collect Payment•Print Statements and Patient Summaries Answering Phones Light Cleaning of Lobby Area Light Computer Tasks Scheduling of Patients Answering Chat Messages Janitorial work of office space/bathrooms Ordering supplies
Pay:
$20.00•$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0•25.0 per week
