The Role:
What You'll Do This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-touch, service-driven environment, where every detail matters. As a Patient Representative, you'll be at the center of our patient experience, ensuring every visit is welcoming, efficient, and stress-free. Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and at ease. Provide concierge-style service—answering inquiries, anticipating patient needs, and delivering exceptional support in person and over the phone. Manage patient check-ins with grace and efficiency, ensuring accurate scheduling and registration. Guide patients through their visit with clear communication, making their experience as smooth as possible. Verify insurance, process payments, and assist with patient accounts, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and the care team, proactively supporting their needs. Maintain an organized front desk environment. Handle administrative tasks such as emails, scanning, ordering office supplies and managing records with a meticulous eye for detail.
What You Bring:
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of front desk or guest service experience in a medical, luxury service setting. Experience handling insurance verification and patient benefits. EMR experience with a strong ability to learn new systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you love making people feel welcome. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort with digital scheduling systems. You love to learn new technology. Fluent in English. Bilingual in Spanish—a plus for delivering an inclusive guest experience.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Athena EMR. Knowledge of Value-Based Care scheduling and documentation. Schedule (must be available for 8 or 10 hour shifts within the hours below)
  • Monday 8:45am-7:00pm
  • Tuesday - Thursday 6:30am-7:00pm
  • Friday 6:30am-4:00pm
  • Third Saturday of each month from 7:30am - 1:00pm
  • Be able to work at both locations.
