This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience, supporting efficient front office operations, and helping ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner Provide accurate information as appropriate Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments Check patients in and out, verify demographic and insurance information, and collect required paperwork and co-pays/co-insurance Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Support patient registration, intake, and documentation processes Coordinate with clinical and administrative team members to support daily operations Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times Assist with scanning, filing, faxing, and other administrative tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service and help address patient questions or concerns Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a medical front office, reception, or customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and electronic scheduling or medical record systems Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance expectations Preferred Skills Experience in a specialty medical office or pain management setting Knowledge of insurance verification and patient registration processes Familiarity with medical terminology Strong attention to detail and accuracy What We Offer A professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to contribute to a patient-focused care team Hands-on experience in a busy healthcare setting Potential for growth and expanded responsibilities over time If you are dependable, patient-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we encourage you to apply and become a valued part of our team.
