We are a fast-paced orthopedic and physical therapy practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and being the welcoming face of a healthcare office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule patient appointments Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations Collect co-pays and patient balances Maintain accurate patient records Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff Assist with general front office administrative duties

Qualifications:

Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling and insurance verification is a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
