  • We are a thriving reputed dental practice that has been servicing the community of American Canyon and surrounding areas for over 20 years and counting.
We are busy and growing. Come grow with us and establish a rewarding long term career with us! At least 5 years of hands on dental front desk experience is required, including treatment planning and presentation, and dental insurances. Experience with Dentrix core or Ascend is a plus but we will train the right candidate. Dental assisting skills a big plus. Are you upbeat, detail-oriented, honest, dependable with excellent verbal/written communication skills, and enjoy making your patients smile? Then we may be the perfect office for you! Job Description includes but not limited to:
  • Treatment plan and present treatment and financing options
  • Following up with patients, labs and specialist offices.
  • Send and follow up with pre auths and claims
  • Keep patient schedule full and productive
  • Manage multi phone lines
  • Check patients in/out and collecting copays up front
