WORK ENVIRONMENT

Reports to a designated home office each workday Float assignments are generally scheduled in advance Occasional same-day location changes may occur based on clinic needs Assigned to one clinic location per day No traveling between multiple offices during the same shift

Welcome and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Answer multi-line phones and route calls appropriately Assist patients with intake paperwork and appointment questions Verify insurance eligibility and patient demographics Prepare patient charts and maintain accurate documentation Enter and update information within

EPIC EMR/EHR

Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up appointments Support daily front office operations and maintain an organized reception area

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of medical front office or medical receptionist experience

EPIC EMR
