Job Description

Responsibilities for Dental Front office
Treatment Coordinator:
Our office is a beautiful private/boutique dental office located in the heart of Beverly Hills. We are a team of professionals that enjoy working together and providing high quality service and treatment for all of our patients. 1.
Manage all front office duties:
answering all calls, scheduling patients, checking patients out and collecting payment, verifying insurance benefits for each patient, making sure each patient is well taken care of while in the front office area. 2. Treatment coordinating and discussing all treatment costs with patient prior to treatment and collecting necessary signatures 3. Applicant must be comfortable working with computers and dental software (easily trainable) 4. Clear communication with doctors and back office staff 5. Happy and positive attitude required 6. Must have at least 2 years of experience working in the front office for a Dental office 7. Punctual 8. Minimum of 2 years of Receptionist experience in a Dental office is mandatory

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
