Job Description
Dental Receptionist (In-Office Position) - Mornings Only We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our established dental practice. This is a part-time, in-office position. Responsibilities Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Ascend Assist patients with billing questions and payment arrangements Support daily front office operations Qualifications Experience in a dental office environment Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend preferred Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Schedule Monday-Thurs 7:45 AM - 11:45 AM Benefits Monthly profit sharing 401(k) with company matching Parking provided If you are an experienced dental receptionist who enjoys working with patients and contributing to a high-performing team, we encourage you to apply.
