This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a patient-focused environment and understands the importance of delivering exceptional service while managing the operational flow of a busy dental office. About the Role As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, sophisticated in their communication style, and experienced in both PPO insurance administration and concierge-level patient care. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate provider calendars efficiently Verify PPO insurance benefits, eligibility, and coverage Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with office protocols Coordinate patient follow-up, recalls, and confirmations Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience that exceeds patient expectations Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience Strong knowledge of PPO insurance verification, billing, and treatment coordination Experience working in a concierge, fee-for-service, cosmetic, or high-end dental practice preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dental practice management software Strong financial presentation and patient relationship-building skills What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Professional, polished, and dependable Service-oriented with a genuine passion for patient care Confident handling financial discussions and insurance matters Self-motivated and solutions-focused Able to anticipate needs and take initiative Committed to creating an exceptional patient experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and professional team environment Opportunities for growth and development If you are an experienced dental front office professional who combines strong PPO knowledge with concierge-level customer service, we would love to hear from you.
