A Healthcare Company is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Clinic Coordinator to join our dynamic neurosurgery practice in Beverly Hills. The Clinic Coordinator will work closely with a board-certified neurosurgeon and clinical team to provide essential administrative and patient support while helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experienceSchedule patient appointments, follow-up visits, and procedures accurately and efficientlyCoordinate communication between patients, providers, and other healthcare officesMaintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelinesVerify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and assist with general billing-related questionsHelp manage the provider's daily schedule and support efficient patient flow throughout the clinicAssist with front office operations, administrative tasks, and general office coordinationSupport exam room readiness, supply tracking, and other operational needs as neededCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
