Medical Receptionist and Coordinator About the Brain, Spine and Joint Group We are a Beverly Hills based multi-specialty practice specializing in the treatment of out- patient neurological, spinal and orthopedic problems. The practice is established, with a strong reputation in the referral community. We place patient care ahead of any other priorities and pride ourselves in improving outcomes and quality of life. Our team members work in a collaborative environment and provide themselves in making a dramatic and positive outcome every day. Job description The clinical nature of this position requires an in-person presence The employee will participate in all facets of clinic visits including Scheduling Assisting in completion of pre-clinic paperwork and questionnaires Assisting remote physicians in performing telehealth examinations Scheduling follow up visits Scheduling procedures and testing Light billing Handling records requests Qualifications Medical office experience Bilingual in Spanish is required Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills Professional appearance Salary, hours and benefits $30/hour 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday Retirement benefits and medical insurance stipend 10 days PTO and 5 holidays yearly
