Job Description
Brilliance Dermatology is looking for two receptionists to join our 30 person strong team. We have two locations, Calabasas and Thousand Oaks and applicant should be able to work at either location as needed. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, can multitask, hard-working and takes initiative Responsibilities Answer and screen phone calls timely Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Be able to speak with patients tactfully and professionally Organize and schedule patient appointments as needed Medical Billing knowledge would be a plus Qualifications Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist Knowledge of answering multiple phone lines at once Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner Time-management and organizational skills We are looking forward to receiving your application.
