General Duties & Responsibilities Extend friendly and welcoming greetings on the phone and in-person Ensure paperwork and EMR systems are up to date and filled out correctly Educate patients and respond to patient questions in office/on phone as needed Scheduling patients for new/returning/follow-up appointments including cosmetic appointments Talk about the different cosmetic services we offer Talk about skin care products comfortably Verify patients insurance Checking patients out, and collecting copays and balances, as needed Comfortable talking about cosmetic procedures and products. Other duties as assigned
