Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Front Office Receptionist:

We are outpatient orthopedic clinics residing in the San Diego, South Bay and East County areas. Our patient population range from adolescents to elderly needing assistance.

Job Duties:

Greet patients Input patient information - demographics and insurances Schedule patient appointments Must have front office experience Must be able to multitask in a busy environment: Answer phones Assist patients Complete daily tasks Schedule multiple appointments Knowledge of insurances preferred Quick learner - will be taught medical scheduling system • Spanish speaking is a plus! This is a fast-paced job that requires outstanding customer service skills, an ability to continue tasks that you get pulled away from, and a knowledge of medical insurances and physical therapy terms.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
