Dental Patient Coordinator•Pediatric Dental Practice Hacienda Heights, CA | Full-Time | $24•28/hour + Benefits Our private, boutique pediatric dental practice in Hacienda Heights, CA (91745) is seeking a friendly, organized, and caring Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and families in a positive, patient-focused environment. Position Details Full-Time:
30-36 hours per week
Compensation:
$24•28 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
8:30 AM•5:00
PM Tuesday, Thursday:
9:00 AM•3:00 PM Responsibilities Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude Check patients in and out efficiently Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner Collect and process payments Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Respond to emails and text messages promptly Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Maintain accurate patient records Help ensure a smooth and positive patient experience in a busy pediatric practice Qualifications Previous dental front office experience required Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Comfortable interacting with children and parents in a pediatric setting If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive team and room for growth, we would love to hear from you!
