Medical Front Office Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility by providing exceptional administrative support and delivering top-notch patient service.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage medical records accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in coordinating patient appointments and medical scheduling
  • Provide excellent patient service by greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing paperwork
  • Must have excellent writing skills
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of orthopedic terminology for effective communication
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting
  • Experience in Workers' Compensation is a MUST. Applicants will NOT be considered without this experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of medical scheduling procedures and office management practices
  • Familiarity with both administrative duties and clinical support roles in a healthcare environment
