You will need to have experience in a medical spa or similar setting. You will be responsible for all front desk daily tasks, including answering phones, checking in/out clients, scheduling, maintaining overall cleanliness of the clinic, and selling products/services. Flexibility in handling last-minute changes effectively is essential for streamlining office operations. Strong multitasking and organizational skills are a must. Additionally, you will be responsible for content creation for our social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Ensure the clinic is clean and presentable at all times Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email Manage client appointments and memberships Follow up on new leads Take before and after photos/room clients for appointments as needed Provide superior customer service to our clients Responsible for sales of products/services/memberships, identifying the best fit for each client Create social media posts and stories daily Conduct business outreach to generate new leads
Skills:
Proven work experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets/Docs, etc. Professional attitude and appearance Articulate and well-spoken Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks A cheerful, customer service-oriented attitude Sales experience preferred Social media background High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred
