Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in a dental office setting. The ideal candidate should possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring all patients feel welcome and at ease.
Job responsibilities will include:
Insurance verification Answer incoming calls Create new patient profiles Respond to patient inquiries Schedule appointments for patients Confirm appointments and recalls in line with office protocols Requirements Dental office experience (1-2 years) Customer service Positive attitude Must be a team player Familiarity with dental software, such as Open dental Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively managing appointments and addressing patient inquiries. Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for maintaining accurate records and a smooth workflow. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with grace under pressure is vital. Strong work ethic, reliable, and proactive attitude toward problem-solving and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and assisting both patients and colleagues are essential traits for success in this role.
