Job Description

Client Service Representative (CSR) $22-$28 per hour, based on experience Full-time preferred | Part-time considered Monday-Friday | 7:30am-6:00pm | No weekends We are a busy, privately owned, and growing veterinary practice offering a collaborative, team-based approach to patient care and client service. Our hospital includes multiple veterinarians and provides a wide range of services, including acupuncture, chiropractic care, and physical therapy. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality medicine while fostering a supportive, respectful workplace where team members feel valued. We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and compassionate, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and understands the importance of creating a positive, calm experience for both clients and patients. What we're looking for Reliable attendance and professionalism Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy hospital setting Confidence handling phones, scheduling, and client inquiries A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellent service Ability to handle emotional or high-stress situations with empathy and professionalism Plus if you have experience with Daysmart/vetter Responsibilities include Greeting clients and patients warmly, in person and by phone Managing a high-volume, multi-line phone system Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately Checking patients in and out and coordinating patient flow Processing payments, estimates, and invoices Explaining hospital policies, services, and treatment plans clearly Communicating effectively with doctors and medical staff Maintaining accurate client and patient records in the practice management system Assisting with hospital organization, cleanliness, and front-desk operations Supporting overall hospital workflow to ensure an excellent client experience
