Georgina at Blyss Dental! We're a high-integrity, patient-focused practice in Del Mar looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You'll be the welcoming face of our office — presenting treatment plans, managing the front desk, and helping patients feel confident about their care. Responsibilities Present treatment plans clearly and honestly so patients feel informed Manage phones, scheduling, and new patient bookings Discuss general, cosmetic, and holistic dental procedures with patients Offer patient financing options (CareCredit, etc.) Handle insurance claims, follow-up, and reimbursements Help maintain a calm, welcoming environment What We're Looking For 3+ years dental treatment coordinator experience (required) Experience presenting implant and cosmetic treatment plans Strong phone and scheduling skills Familiarity with dental insurance and claims Self-directed and comfortable working independently while meeting practice goals and expectations Someone who takes pride in their numbers — scheduling, case acceptance, and follow-through — and sees them as a reflection of great patient care Eager to learn, adaptable, and quick to embrace new systems and workflows Warm, professional communicator who thrives in a team Why Blyss Dental Spa-like office with ocean views Predictable part-time schedule: Tues, Weds & Fri Potential to grow into full-time
