Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of professional front desk experience working directly in a dental office is strictly required (Pediatric dental experience is a major bonus!).

Communication:

Clear, warm, and highly professional communication skills.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with dental practice management software, handling multi-line phones, and dental insurance verification workflows.

Compliance:

This role is safety-sensitive and requires a pre-employment drug screen. We strictly follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to maintain a safe environment. What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day) As the face of our practice, you will keep things running smoothly in a high-energy, high-volume environment:
