Position Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service! Making patients feel welcome and cared-for at every step in their journey to better hearing. Providing great service over the phone by handling incoming and outgoing calls for scheduling and patient inquiries. Coordinating providers' schedules to ensure smooth and efficient office flow every day. Other medical front office duties including: obtaining patient insurance information, checking insurance eligibility, managing authorizations, completing daily accounting activities, making bank deposits, and maintaining patient files. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Experience and education requirements may be adjusted where necessary in response to labor market constraints. Bilingual (Spanish/English) 1 year customer service or front office experience preferred. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle a busy office with calls and walk-ins while directing the flow of the office with efficiency and professionalism. Ability to operate PC based software programs or database management systems. Knowledge of computers, faxes, printers, and all other equipment. Proficient in MS Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet browsers (Chrome or Edge). Must possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and basic math aptitude.

The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Standard days of work are Monday through Friday and hours of work are from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Salary and Benefits Package:
