Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant , where your enthusiasm and expertise will directly enhance patient care and streamline clinical operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. Duties Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all dental equipment is ready for procedures, adhering strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Assist dentists chairside during various procedures such as restorations, root canals, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry treatments by providing necessary tools and support efficiently. Take and develop dental X-rays using advanced medical imaging technology like 3D scanners while ensuring proper positioning and radiation safety standards are met. Manage patient records by updating electronic medical records including documenting vital signs, medical history, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on post-treatment care, dental terminology, and preventive practices to promote oral health awareness. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and assisting the dental receptionist with patient flow management. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment by following strict infection control procedures and ensuring all tools are properly sterilized between patients.
