Overview We are seeking a positive Dental Receptionist with good communication and organization skills to join our dental hospital. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office and enhancing the patient experience. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, treatments, and office policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental hospital. Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care. Skills Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist is preferred but not required. Excellent patient service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
