The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the administrative tasks of our dental office. This role requires a blend of office management, knowledge of dental terminology, and a strong commitment to patient care. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure timely service. Maintain accurate dental records and patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Verify insurance information and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner. Process patient payments and maintain financial records as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management for office supplies. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a similar role within a medical or dental setting is preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology and coding is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Proficient in managing dental records and understanding insurance verification processes. Experience using dental practice management software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
