Job Summary The Healthcare Associate I supports clinic operations by assisting with patient scheduling, data collection, and administrative care coordination in a community health setting. This role facilitates healthcare access, supports clinical teams, and enhances patient care routines to ensure smooth clinic workflow and improved patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support:
Assist with patient appointments, data entry, and records management.
Clinical Coordination:
Support healthcare providers, ensure efficient clinic operations, and assist with outreach initiatives as needed.
Patient Engagement:
Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff to improve access and care quality. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and procedures. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other clinic activities as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years. "TSHL01"
