We are looking to join our friendly and professional Dental team for front office job! Hmong speaking will be a plus, If you have great communication skills and enjoy helping patients, we'd love to hear from you. Position does require you to have prior knowledge for dental insurance breakdowns, prior experience in private dental office is a must. If you don't have any prior experience we do offer intership options and training.

Responsibilities:

✅ Greet and assist patients in English and Hmong ✅ Schedule and confirm appointments ✅ Handle phone calls and patient inquiries ✅ Process insurance and payments ✅ Maintain patient records and office organization

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken & written), Hmong is a plus Customer service or receptionist experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Join a welcoming team that values patient care and excellent service!
