We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team full-time, Monday through Thursday, with patient care hours from 9am-6pm. Our ideal Patient Care Coordinator will excel in: Patient communication & customer service Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment Verifying insurance benefits and processing dental claims Collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements Managing phone calls, emails, and patient correspondence Working collaboratively with the dental team to support patient care and office flow Our Requirements include: Prior dental front office experience preferred (new applicants welcome!) Excellent communication and organizational skills

HIPAA, OSHA & CPR

Certified preferred Experience with Dentrix and working in a digital office is a huge plus Dental assistant experience and dental billing/insurance knowledge are a plus This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday, with patient care hours from 9am-6pm.
