As we continue to expand our practice, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Dental Office Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of our practice. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every patient receives a positive and pleasant experience from the moment they contact us to the time they leave our office. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to our patients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor Answer incoming phone calls and address patient inquiries professionally Schedule and confirm dental appointments using our practice management software Check-in patients, update their records, and verify insurance information Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to maintain smooth patient flow Process payments and provide accurate billing information Maintain a clean and organized reception area Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and escalate as needed Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies Follow and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations Collaborate with staff to provide a cohesive patient experience
Requirements:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Excellent customer service skills, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued Preferred Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental setting Proficient in using dental practice management software (Eaglesoft) Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Bilingual English, and or Armenian Job Type:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
