Friendly, organized Dental Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, serve as first patient contact, and support clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth, patient-centered office flow.Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients, manage check-ins/check-outs, and maintain a professional, welcoming reception area Answer multi-line phone system; handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and recall reminders Register new patients; verify and update patient information and contact details Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits; collect co-pays and process payments Coordinate patient flow with clinical team; communicate delays and changes Maintain patient records and charts in compliance with HIPAA and office policies Manage correspondence (phone, email, mail) and respond to routine patient inquiries Maintain appointment logs, daily reports, and administrative supplies Assist with simple office tasks: filing, scanning, faxing, ordering supplies, and light administrative projectsRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in a dental or medical office preferred Proficiency with Dentrix software Strong customer-service, communication, and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressureJob Type :
Full-time /Part-time Schedule:
