Care Coordinator (Medical Receptionist/PSR)

Overview Front Desk Medical Receptionist (Bilingual - Spanish Required) | Part-Time | San Jacinto, CA All Star Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Medical Receptionist to support our San Jacinto clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment!

Pay:

$17-$20/hour

Schedule:

Part-Time (16-20 hours/week)

Hours:

Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Requirement:

Bilingual Spanish speaker (required)

Responsibilities You'll Achieve Success By:

Managing front desk operations , including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service. Verifying insurance coverage , processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care. Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation. Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required Basic office and customer service skills Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required Bilingual Spanish speaker (required)
