Job Description

Alpine Allergy and Auburn Dermatology are looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our team. This is a full time position (Monday-Friday). This position requires great customer service, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in both our Grass Valley and Auburn locations. Responsibilities Checking in/out patients Scheduling appointments Verifying insurance eligibility Processing referrals Answering phones Administrative assistant duties Qualifications 1-3 years recent experience in medical front office Must have experience working with an EMR Advanced understanding of medical insurances Billing experience a plus Benefits Medical and dental Matching 401k (after 1 year) Paid vacation (after 6 months) 4 paid holidays Discounts on cosmetic products and services If you are interested, please submit your resume to the email address provided.
